Georgetown Cupcake, I love you.
Tonight’s dinner, as made by me.
Chicken panini on Wegmans Marco Polo bread (lovelovelove) with spinach, red onions, and tomatoes. Oh, and kettle chips.
This was tonight’s dinner, just a few minutes after I put it into the oven.
I made a roasted chicken stuffed with lemon, garlic, thyme, and rosemary. I also had roasted potatoes on the side. When everything was said and done, the potatoes got tossed with the chicken fat and juices from the chicken, as well as some of the lemon and garlic. I sprinkled the potatoes with the leftover thyme and rosemary that I had.
It was delicious.

When I told my mom I wanted dumplings…i didn’t expect this!
GPOY: NUTELLA AND GO!
They had this at Wegman’s and I got so excited. It was right next to the Biscoff spread, haha.
Garden Fresh Spring Rolls
I’m not even a vegetarian and these look heavenly.
I went out to dinner last night with my parents at Bravo! It was the second time in a span of three days we had been there, haha.
I tried something new…for me. The pasta pomodoro with chicken. I’m normally SUCH a picky eater, and I’m very picky about the type of pasta I’ll eat. Needless to say, it was delicious! It had a homemade tomato sauce, caramelized onions and basil with grilled chicken and angel hair pasta. I was very happy with it :)
Then I had creme brulee cheesecake for dessert, and it had the BIGGEST strawberry I’d ever had on it! This was also very delicious.
Then today, my mom went down to Giant while I got a mani/pedi, and brought me the cutest penguin cookie ever. As cute as it was, it was also yummy. I have a sweet spot for a LOT of frosting on cookies.
