flyrfn144: I just hope all of the people that showed up knowing only "We Are Young" go out and buy both of their albums now and experience them more. I also hope they check out The Format and Steel Train, haha, but I won't hold it against them. Only way tonight could've been better is if they played "Be Calm", but sadly, no dice :-(
Yes! My thoughts exactly. I was really bummed that they didn’t have any albums for sale, because I wanted to pick up ‘Some Nights’ while I was there. Oh well.
And I love The Format and thought it was hilarious when people shouted out Format songs for fun. to play. I said that’s like shouting “PLAY KONSTANTINE!” at a Jack’s Mannequin show. I also love Steel Train. I just really love Jack Antonoff though.
And everybody wanted Be Calm! The girls I was with were so bummed that it wasn’t played. I was just really bummed that Benson Hedges wasn’t played. And in honor of that, I named the album of photos from tonight with lyrics from the song.
